Not Applicable to Standard Online Shipping
Bionics primarily supplies industrial products and quotation-based orders. Therefore, a standard consumer e-commerce shipping policy is not applicable. Delivery scope and responsibility are specified in the accepted quotation, purchase order or contract.
Industrial Shipping and Freight
Depending on the agreement, freight may be arranged by Bionics, the customer or a nominated logistics provider. Charges, insurance, risk transfer, taxes, permits and unloading responsibilities are stated in commercial documents.
Delivery Timelines
Any timeline is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Manufacturing, quality checks, payment clearance, documentation, carrier availability, weather, regulatory controls and destination access may affect delivery.
Inspection and Damage
Customers should inspect packaging, quantity and visible condition promptly on receipt. Record apparent damage on the carrier document and notify Bionics with photographs, invoice details and shipment references within the period stated in the contract.
International Shipping
International orders may require export documents, customs clearance, duties, import permits and destination compliance. Responsibilities and Incoterms, where used, are specified in the quotation or contract.
Digital Content
Physical shipping is not applicable to downloadable materials or digital communications. Access or delivery terms for any digital item will be stated separately.
