Scope
Bionics primarily supplies industrial products through quotations and confirmed purchase orders. The written quotation, order confirmation and agreed commercial terms take priority where they differ from this general policy.
Customized and Microbial Products
Microbial cultures may be manufactured, packed, labelled or prepared for a customer, application or dispatch schedule. Because product integrity and storage history cannot always be verified after dispatch, returns are not automatically accepted.
Refund Eligibility
- Duplicate or demonstrably incorrect payment
- Cancellation accepted in writing before manufacturing, procurement, packing or dispatch begins
- Verified supply error attributable to Bionics
- Verified transit damage or material defect reported within the applicable inspection period and supported by evidence
Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly in writing with the quotation or order reference. Costs already incurred for customization, production, testing, packaging, documentation, freight or third-party commitments may be deducted or may make the order non-cancellable.
Refund Process
Contact us with the order reference, invoice, payment details, reason and supporting photographs or documents. Approved refunds are normally returned through an agreed banking method after verification. Bank, foreign-exchange and non-refundable third-party charges may be excluded where lawful.
Exceptions
- Opened, used, contaminated, improperly stored or expired products
- Custom-made or application-specific products after work begins
- Damage caused by customer handling, storage or process conditions
- Performance differences caused by wastewater variability or operation rather than a verified product defect
